Discount Tire

I waited less than five minutes to talk to a sales person. She was very friendly and helpful. After inspecting my tires she helped me choose the tires I needed. I left the vehicle and received a message about an hour later saying it was ready for pickup. I had already paid, so pickup was quick. We've used Discount Tire for years and have always had a good experience. Highly recommend

I have used this location multiple times, and on every visit it has taken at least 2–3 hours to complete a tire swap despite having an appointment. During my most recent visit, my family could not afford to spend several hours waiting, so I asked the staff to mount the new tire on the rim and I would install the wheel on my vehicle myself. Since I was doing part of the work, I asked if any discount or adjustment could be made to the labor charges. Instead, I was told that mounting the tire on the rim justified nearly $60 in additional charges, even though I still had to install the wheel myself after leaving the store. As a result, I paid essentially the full price while completing part of the job on my own. The biggest issue is not even the cost, it's the repeated delays despite scheduled appointments. After multiple experiences with long wait times and no flexibility when trying to save time, my family has decided to take our business elsewhere.

I had a really great experience at Discount Tire and wanted to highlight how excellent their customer service is. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to carefully inspect my tires and clearly explain their condition in a way that was easy to understand—no pressure, just honest information. What stood out most was how they walked me through my options and gave thoughtful recommendations based on safety and value, not just a quick sale. I felt like they truly cared about helping me make the best decision for my situation. It’s refreshing to find a place that combines professionalism, transparency, and kindness so well. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone looking for trustworthy service and knowledgeable staff.

Always have received great service from several Discount Tire locations. I arrived before opening at the Martinez, GA location. I noticed that they were having a “team huddle” before opening. This is important. Their united efforts showed from the moment they opened the doors early to welcome the many awaiting in the parking lot. They were courteous, informative, and expedient as they could possibly be. Thanks for the excellent team effort and service! Special thanks to Richard for assisting me today & Zach many times in the past.

My friend recommended Discount Tires.Flat screw embedded in my tire in my Model Y . Came in at 0800 as a walk in. I forgot the name of the guy who greeted my at the parking lot. He was really nice. He told me that they will try to fix it and if they can’t, he presented to me options . So they were able to fix it and he said that since its my first time coming to their store, its free of charge. That was really nice.Thank you and I know here to go when I need Tire Services.
